Vulin not allowed entry to Kosovo (Kosova Sot)

Serbian minister for Kosovo, Aleksandar Vulin, was not granted permission to visit Mitrovica. According to a statement from Vulin’s office, the letter signed by EU Special Representative to Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar, stated that the Serbian minister cannot visit Mitrovica North because of elections set to take place there on 23 February.
