Mitrovica South Mayor Agim Bahtiri said in an interview to T7 that he would support Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti as the new Prime Minister of Kosovo. Bahtiri, who is a senior member of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), said what ties him to Kurti is the idea and the vision and that the Vetevendosje leader is the right man to lead Kosovo. Bahtiri added that the people of Kosovo have tried all political parties in power for 20 years and that the time has come to Kurti’s Vetevendosje a chance. “Let us see what Prime Minister would Kurti make … The people need to see this governance. It is the only party that we hope can change something,” he added.
