Several news websites report that Ivan Teodosijevic, Minister for Local Government in the Kosovo Government, made “a discriminating and shameful” statement on the 20th anniversary of NATO air raids. Teodosijevic wrote on a Facebook post: “The reason behind the aggression over our country was the so-called humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo. The massacre in Recak was fabricated, and it was the Albanian terrorists that fabricated all this, and they committed the biggest crimes in Kosovo. No one has been held responsible for this. They committed crimes before the NATO aggression, they killed Serbs in their houses and police officers on duty. They continued their blood-thirsty actions even during the aggression and after the deployment of the so-called peace mission in Kosovo”. Several news websites are calling for Teodosijevic’s dismissal from duty.
