The president of the European Movement of Serbs from Kosovo, Rada Trajkovic to receive police protection, reports Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).

Rada Trajkovic told Belgrade based daily Politika that she contacted the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) because she felt that her and the safety of her family was endangered, reports RTS.

Asked whether it was true that she was the reason of the extension of custody of the two Serbs, detained for alleged involvement in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, and whether she had listed as suspects Zvonko Veselinovic and Milan Mihajlovic for the murder – she stated that the expansion of the investigation onto Veselinovic and Mihajlovic “was sought by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor, on the basis of the testimony of a protected witness” therefore she did not understand why the campaign was being conducted against her, reports RTS.
