Enver Hasani, former President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, said in an interview to RTV Dukagjini that Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj’s resignation is irreversible and that he could have been considered acting Prime Minister only if he were removed from the post by the Kosovo Assembly through a no-confidence motion. “The moment you submit your irrevocable resignation, you are former Prime Minister. That’s what the law says. Haradinaj is only former Prime Minister, nothing more. He can stay in his office, but he cannot make any decisions,” Hasani added.
