There will be 115,000 first-time voters in early parliamentary elections scheduled for 6 October, Valmir Elezi spokesperson for the Central Election Commission (CEC) told Radio Kosova.
“Based on the preliminary list of voters for this election, there are 115,215 more voters compared to the list of last local elections in 2017,” Elezi said.
