Investigative journalism network in Serbia, KRIK, has published a picture where the acting Foreign Minister of Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli is seen at a yacht anchored in Budva, Montenegro, in the company of the Serbian List leader Goran Rakic and deputy leader Milan Radoicic who Kosovo authorities want in connection to the murder of the Kosovo Serb political leader Oliver Ivanovic.
According to KRIK, the meeting took place in the summer of 2017 and was the location where the Serbian List agreed to become part of Ramush Haradinaj-led government. at the time, Radoicic was not in an official post in the Serbian List and is described by KRIK as part of Serb underground decision-making scene.
Jetlir Zyberaj from the Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs told KTV that there is nothing secretive about the meeting that took place as part of coalition negotiations. “Radoicic was deputy leader of the Serbian List, it was a meeting with all representatives of Kosovo institutions and there are no secrets to this meeting.
