Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) deputy leader, Lutfi Haziri, told Radio Free Europe on Monday that Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti for now has the mandate to form the new government. “It is a very close race and we are waiting for all votes to be counted, including conditional votes and the votes from the diaspora, and then the process of negotiations will begin. There is a small difference, one MP, but this gives the mandate (to form the new government) to the leader of Vetevendosje,” Haziri said.
