Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) candidate for Prime Minister, Vjosa Osmani, said today that the results of the October 6 snap parliamentary elections showed that LDK and the Vetevendosje must lead the new government. Osmani wrote in a Facebook post that the citizens of Kosovo voted for change and punishment against bad governance. “The citizens also determined the new government, which must compromise of yesterday’s opposition. There is no other alternative in my mind. The LDK – VV coalition has many challenges ahead, but we need to have only one interest in mind: the citizens of Kosovo. I will work and serve my country, wherever I am. As I have always said: in every battle, we will stand united, until the end!”
