Jonuz Musliu, mayor of Bujanovac municipality, said in an interview for the paper that even individuals could have matched the amount of funds that the governments of Kosovo and Albania allocated for Albanians in Presevo Valley. Musliu said the decision to allocate €100.000 was a joke. “Even individuals can allocate this amount of funds. Presevo Valley is a national issue not a humanitarian one,” Musliu was quoted as saying. He also said that the best and most sustainable solution for Albanians in Presevo Valley is unification with Kosovo.
