Provisional Assembly of Kosovo and Metohija yesterday decided to elect the government, but did not precise until when the government will be created and what would be its composition.

Chairperson of the Assembly Slavko Stevanovic, until recently the Mayor of Leposavic, said that  Assembly will continue to protect constitutional order of Serbia with all legitimate means and do the outmost to preserve integrity of Serbia, Kosovo within Serbia and Serbian people in the province.

“We can do it only if we have our own territory and authority in it,” said Stevanovic and added that Assembly will work on return of Serbian institutions in Kosovo and that it will fight with all democratic means, that border between Kosovo and Serbia proper is never set.

“It is clear to all, and the time has shown, that things we warned about had happened to us – local elections in line with the Kosovo laws were carried out, inauguration sessions of the local assemblies have taken place, joint session of governments of Kosovo and Albanian had taken place, and Kosovo is becoming more independent state by every single passing day,” warned  Stevanovic. He called all who participated in Kosovo elections to ‘follow the road of Krstimir Pantic’, Mayor-elect of Kosovska Mitrovica who didn’t want to take the oath and sign material under the coat of arms of the ‘Republic of Kosovo’.

MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Marko Jaksic proposed that couple hundreds of citizens should gather in Belgrade in front of the Constitutional Court of Serbia on 21 January when Serbia is due to start EU accession talks. “We must say in front of the Constitutional Court that the date for the start of accession talks is based on a treason and that Constitutional Court, with its lack of action, is ravaging the Serbia as a state,” said Jaksic.

At yesterday’s session Provisional Assembly adopted, with the acclamation, the decision to drop prefix ‘provisional’, which was followed by ovations, thus as of yesterday its full label reads Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija (SAPKiM).

Slavko Stevanovic: It is clear, from the voluminous and precise SAPKiM report, that events had confirmed what we warned about and what was based on realistic assessments from the ground. There is no doubt that struggle of the SAPKiM for integrity of Serbia is justified. Serbian nation can’t survive without integral state of Serbia. There is no survival of Serbian state without Kosovo and Metohija.

Kosta Galjak: Deputy Chairperson of the SAPKiM Kosta Galjak addressed that assembly and said that it is clear that, as he put it, the hank of treason is unwinding and that it will get completely unwind in June at the Albanian elections. It is clear to all today that victory is on the side of honorable and righteous people in Kosovo and Metohija. Oliver Ivanovic accepted to implement the task of unification of Northern and Southern Mitrovica. He won’t succeed in his intentions. We won’t allow that Northern Mitrovica is put under the rule of narco-terrorists from Southern Mitrovica.

Borislav Pelevic, SAPKiM to form its executive bodies, police and army. MP at the Serbia’s Assembly Borislav Pelevic also addressed the assembly and proposed that SAPKiM should elect the government, secretariats and crate executive bodies, first of all police and army. He stressed that he would be the first one to respond to call for creation of the army and that there are enough Serbs who would respond to call to prevent constitutional order of Serbia. He informed the assembly that Marko Jaksic and himself had submitted a lawsuit against Ivica Dacic and Nebojsa Stefanovic for treason.

Slavka Kojic, member of the Council for Legal and Political Matters was invited to explain concrete proposals to the assembly and said that sovereignty belongs to citizens. She went on to say that it is the right and obligation of all free citizens to restore sovereignty of their state on the territory or the part of territory where it has been abolished, explained Kojic.

Slavisa Ristic: Krstimir Pantic to tell the complete truth about treason he participated in Slavisa Ristic has labeled the midnight sessions (between Saturday and Sunday) as vampire sessions where so called councilors had been transferred like ‘bulls under the doublets’ to the side of Albanians. He called Krstimir Pantic to stand up on his feet and tell the full truth about the treason he participated in.

Aleksandar Pavic, chairperson of the initiative ‘Never Border’ and member of the Council for Legal and Political Matters called all parties, groups and individuals to gather around the SAPKiM if they are honest fighters for national interests, preservation of Serbia and dignity of the people.

Provisional Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija was constituted on 4 July 2013. Its chairperson is Slavko Stevanovic. None of the representatives of the government of Serbia had taken part at the inaugural session. Than session was attended by 97 councilors who took the oath and adopted the Declaration of the Provisional Assembly which stipulates that Assembly is the representative body of citizens of Serbia in the province, who respect Serbia’s Constitution and laws.
