Independent Liberal Party (SLS) forwarded its sincere condolence to family of Janicijevic and most sharply condemned his murder.
It the statement forwarded to media SLS called authorities to find and bring to justice perpetrator of this ‘cowardly act’. Dimitrije Janicijevic was a candidate of SLS in mayoral elections in Northern Mitrovica and councilors in the local assembly of Northern Mitrovica.
SLS also carried that press conference will be held today in the premises of SLS in Gracanica.
Office for Kosovo and Metohija also condemned murder of the councilor in the local assembly of Northern Mitrovica Dimitrije Janicijevic and requested that the case is resolved as soon as possible.
It further said that Office most sharply condemns the murder and requests from EULEX and international community to find and bring perpetrators to justice as soon as possible.
“Finding of perpetrators is an imperative in order that citizens of Kosovka Mitrovia and the rest of the province are provided with safety and security,” carried Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
