A delegation of Russian MPs, reporters and managers of the Russian Center for Human Rights arrived in Kosovo on Saturday and according to Belgrade media they plan to open the first Russian human rights NGO outside Russia. The headquarters of this NGO will be in the northern part of Kosovo. “This non-profitable organization will provide assistance and help solve legal issues of the Serb population in Kosovo,” a press release noted.
