Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration, Vlora Çitaku, stated for the Voice of America that Kosovo is suffering the consequences of the problems of the neighboring countries with visa liberalization process. “As a consequence, Kosovo is undergoing a much more rigorous process, with much more demanding guidelines. While the countries of the region had to fulfill around 50 criteria, Kosovo was given 101,” said Çitaku.
