The National Security Center in Albania, which operates under the Albanian Ministry of Defense, has prepared a lengthy report on possible implications that the Ukraine crisis can have in the Balkans. The report notes that Serbia could launch a military aggression against Kosovo as a result of Russian expansion in Crimea. The 20-page report, secured by Tirana-based newspaper Gazeta Shqiptare, does not however say if there is any concrete information from Albanian intelligence services about Belgrade’s eventual plans to attack Kosovo.
