Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo Enver Hoxhaj stated in Rome that Kosovo has nothing to hide with regards to accusations on human organ trafficking in late nineties and that it is ready to respond to those accusations.

“We are ready to respond to those accusations in order to close that chapter, which is detrimental for the image of Kosovo, once forever,” said Hoxhaj to ANSA agency in Rome, where he is due to confer with the Italian Foreign Minister Federica Mogherini.

“We won’t do it in front of the international court, instead will do it in front of the special court which will have two seats, one in Pristina and second one in some other town out of Kosovo,” explained Hoxhaj. He went on to say that he believes that special court will be fully integrated in the Kosovo judicial system.

Kosovo FM said that one of the topics that he’ll discuss with his Italian counterpart will be the next round of negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels, for which the date is not set yet.

“Kosovo hopes that it will be able to conclude the Stability and Association Agreements with the EU until June this year, and attract more Italian investors,” said Hoxhaj.
