In a programme on RTK on Monday, Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Enver Hoxhaj, said one of the five non-recognizing member states of the European Union will recognize Kosovo’s independence in the second half of the year. Hoxhaj also said that Kosovo has already applied for membership in several important world organizations, but did not mention any names, “because Serbia will immediately mobilize to prevent Kosovo’s membership in these organizations”.
