Minister for Labor and Social Welfare in the Serbian government and former minister in charge for Kosovo and Metohija Aleksandar Vulin said to RTK2 in Gračanica/Graçanicë that he expects future representatives of Serbs in Kosovo Assembly to be responsible and to justify huge trust they received.

Asked to comment on number of seats received by the Serbian List on recently held parliamentary elections, Vulin said: “The concept is totally unclear to me, which says that number of those who vote is irrelevant. In democracy is important to receive the number of seats which matches the number of votes of those who turned out in elections. If the principle referring to Serbs would remain the same, that they have 10 seats, no matter whether there were 10 or ten thousand voters, that it is outrageous and international community should react.”

Vulin accompanied other Serbian officials who visited Kosovo on the occasion of celebration of Vidovdan.
