“The state has to do much more to guarantee justice and defend the ultimate property or any other right guaranteed by the Constitution and Laws. There cannot be justifications on this matter. Only a strong justice system could return trust of the citizens on courts and prosecution. Such step would prevent citizens from taking over justice into their own hands,” concludes this daily.
