Serbian Deputy War Crimes Prosecutor Bruno Vekarić believes that the establishment of a special court to investigate into KLA war crimes will be very important in terms of establishing the truth and reaching justice. At a gathering on the consequences of the 1990s wars from the angle of victims’ famliies, he said that the formation of that court would confirm that the international community is ready to investigate into traffic in organs, kidnappings and murder in Kosovo. On April 23, the Kosovo assembly adopted laws on the extension of the Eulex mandate and on the formation of a a special court to investigate into KLA war crimes, of which Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty wrote in his report.
