Serbia’s war crimes prosecution has decided to resume today excavations at a site in Rudnica where 45 mortal remains were previously recovered, Serb media reported. The mortal remains are believed to be of Albanian victims from the 1999 conflict. Rudnica case was launched based on information from a EULEX protected witness in Pristina who testified that bodies of Albanians were buried in a mass grave and the site was later on paved with asphalt.
