President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, met in New York with the Botswana Foreign Minister, Phandu Skelemani, and discussed processes Kosovo is undergoing and its international consolidation. Jahjaga spoke of Kosovo’s progress and its stability role in the region. She noted that Kosovo aims to gain membership in international organisations, particularly the UN, and that recognition from Botswana would contribute to this goal. Jahjaga also met the Secretary of State of the Vatican, Cardinal Petro Parolin and stressed that recognition by Vatican would be of great importance to Kosovo.
Gerxhaliu: Raska mass grave is not the last one in Serbia (Kosova Sot)
Arsim Gerxhaliu, Director of Kosovo Forensics, stated that everything does not end with Raska mass grave is not the last one in Serbia. He added that there is information that there could be other mass graves in other parts of Serbia. “These information were considered for years, since the time of UNMIK and we are working on having more concise information in order to reach the precise location of the mass grave,” said Gerxhaliu.
