Postponement of the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama’s visit to Belgrade could put into question the regional meeting of ministers of foreign affairs, economy and finance with representatives of European Commission, scheduled to take place in the Serbian capital on 23 October. This was announced by Serbian FM, Ivica Dacic, ahead of his visit to Brussels where he is to have a farewell meeting with EU High Representative Catherine Ashton. Kosovo FM, Enver Hoxhaj, has been one of the ministers invited to take part in the meeting.
