Ernst Reichel, Former German Ambassador in Pristina and current Envoy of German Chancellor Angela Merkel for Balkans, hailed yesterday’s developments, Kosovo’s membership at International Olympic Committee (IOC) as well as traveling of the two Kosovo ministers to a regional meeting in Belgrade.
Kosovo’s membership at the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as well as participation of the two Kosovo ministers at the regional meeting in Belgrade at an equal level with their counterparts, are indicators that Kosovo and Serbia are in the process of normalization of their relations,” stated the German diplomat.
In other words, according to him, the political dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is giving its results. Furthermore, according to Ambassador Reichel, these results are even beyond the current possibilities.
“Where are the “political analysts” and other permanent criticizers now?” asked Reichel alluding on the criticizers of the dialogue, and lack of realistic echo for the two yesterday’s developments.
