Representatives of Kosovo municipalities visiting Vojvodina (Kossev)

A multi-ethnic delegation of three Kosovo municipalities Dragaš/Dragash, Lipljan/Lipjan and South Mitrovica is visiting Vojvodina on Thursday and Friday. They will be accompanied by representatives of the Ministry of Local Administration and Self-Governance in the Kosovo government and Consultative Committee for Communities from the cabinet of the Kosovo President.

This visit is organized in the frame  of the project ‘Local policies in multi-ethnic communities in Kosovo – Dragaš, Lipljan and South Mitrovica’, which is organized jointly by the NGOs ‘Mother Teresa’ from Pristina  and ‘Center for regionalism’ from Novi Sad, with support of the Norwegian Embassy to Pristina.

During the two- day visit Kosovo delegation will be received by the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Management and National Minorities. The delegation will visit Sombor where they will be introduced with the functioning of the local city assembly and they will be welcomed by the President of Backi Petrovac Municipality.
