Isa Mustafa, leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), and Hashim Thaci, leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), announced through Facebook that they will sign an agreement next week on how to divide government ministries. The names of the new ministers will be shared after that time. However, neither of them wrote about who is going to lead the new government.
Mustafa followers don’t approve of coalition with Thaci (Koha)

Koha.net reports that LDK supporters are very disappointed with the coalition and are making this clear on Mustafa’s Facebook page.
Pristina and Belgrade agree on insurance policy (KosovaPress)
The Kosovo Bureau of Insurance approved an agreement for the mutual recognition of insurance policies between Pristina and Belgrade. KosovaPress quotes Rrahim Pacolli, chairman of the technical group on vehicle insurance, as saying that the people will now have the opportunity to enter the territory of Kosovo and Serbia with a valid vehicle insurance policy, at no extra charge. Pacolli stated that this agreement will facilitate the movement of citizens, calling it a historic event for Kosovo. He expects that, if everything goes as planned, the agreement will begin to be implemented next year. However, Zeri reports that it is still not known if Serbia’s Bureau of Insurance has approved the agreement.
Central Bank revokes licenses of banks suspected of funding terrorism (Koha)
Koha reports that Bedri Hamza, the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK) Governor, has announced that, due to the suspicions of financing terrorism, the CBK has revoked the licenses of some microfinance institutions in Kosovo. The CBK Governor stated that more than 10,000 cases have been sent to courts, but they are blocked because of the political stalemate, which is blocking the insurance law changes related to microfinance institutions.
