“I am sure that in the new government of Kosovo the Serbs will not have less than the current number of ministerial positions,” says Slobodan Petrović president of the Independent Liberal Party. He added that it is very important which ministries will be led by the Serbs and who will lead them.
Petrovic, whose party in the previous election was part of the Serbian list, stressed that personnel solutions for positions in ministries that will belong to the Serbs are more important than number of ministries. In addition Petrovic said that support of the Republic of Serbia to the Serbian list is an advantage, which should not be missed. He reiterated that the Serbs have shown willingness and intent to be “part of the solution rather than part of the problem” in Kosovo.
