Mayoral election rally of the Civic Initiative Srpska (CI Srpska) kicked-off yesterday in village Donja Gusterica in Gracanica municipality, with the tunes of the Serbian anthem. The candidate of CI Srpska for the mayor of Gračanica/Graçanicë, Vladeta Kostic, said that Gračanica/Graçanicë must become the center of Kosovo Serbs.
In front of hundreds of supporters gathered in the house of culture in village Donja Gusterica in Gračanica/Graçanicë municipality, CI Srspka officially started the election campaign for the mayor of Gračanica/Graçanicë. CI Srpska candidate for the post, Vladeta Kostic, said that these are not elections for the mayor but for the survival of institutions, and that Gračanica/Graçanicë becomes the center of Kosovo Serbs. “We must not miss this opportunity,” Kostic said and urged all to take part in mayoral elections on 18 January.
