France will not extradite to Serbia the former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), Genc Zogaj, arrested pursuant to an international arrest warrant issued by Serbian authorities. Serbia has charged Zogaj for war crimes allegedly committed during the Kosovo conflict.
