Belgrade is committed to dialogue with Priština and the implementation of the Brussels Agreement, despite many open-ended issues, such as the lack of respect of rights of Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo, said a member of the Serbian delegation in the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly Žarko Obradović.

In a debate in the Assembly’s Political Committee, he said that in the past 16 years no human or minority rights of Serbs, Roma, Goranis and other non-Albanians in Kosovo had been respected despite the presence of international representatives. Since mid-1999 not a single court for trials of crimes committed against Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo has been established and meanwhile Kosovo has become an almost ethnically cleansed area, he pointed out.
