KTV editor-in-chief Adriatik Kelmendi argues in an opinion piece that Kosovars have lost their patience and by fleeing in mass numbers to the West they have decided to throw away the naïve idea that the visa regime policy will prevent the illegal crossing of borders and illegal migration. “In the last couple of months, they have absolutely confirmed the theory that anyone who wants to go illegally to a Western country can do so … In this way, with the failure of the visa policy, the member states of the European Union have created a situation where all those that enter these countries without visas are at the same time violators of the law,” Kelmendi writes.
