The paper’s front-page editorial notes that “the decision of the Ranillug municipal assembly to name a street after Slobodan Milosevic is another scandalous example of the divisive and provocative spirit that the Serbian List is promoting in central and local institutions”. “Our country could pay a costly price if such incidents are to happen again in the future because they cause great dissatisfaction among the people … The Assembly of Kosovo should pass a special law making it clear that all those who make insults, such as the case of Jablanovic or the Ranillug municipal assembly’s decision, that they will be faced with legal consequences. The Serbian List, which is currently boycotting the Government, must learn to respect the state of Kosovo, because the people cannot forever tolerate such insults.”
