House of a Serb burglarized in village Dugenjive near Klina (Blic)

House owned by a Serb in village Dugenjive near Klina/Klinë in Kosovo and Metohija was burglarized between 19 and 22 March. The incident has caused anxiety amongst Serb returnees in the village area, said officer for integration of communities in Klina/Kllinë municipality, Ranko Kostic.

Kostic said that house of Silivja Raskovic was burglarized and that perpetrators have stolen entire kitchen equipment, whereas the owner was not in the house since she was visiting relatives in Serbia proper. He reminded that this is not the first theft targeting the same house which is situated at the entrance in the village, and added that incident has caused anxiety amongst Serb returnees. Case was reported to Kosovo Police.

There are 13 houses in village Dugenjive, out of which eight are occupied permanently. Serbs returned to this village in 2008.
