First test for relation of coalition partners towards the MPs from the Serbian list, which continued its work in Kosovo institutions after two months of boycott, will be creation of the working groups for the establishment of the foundations for the Community/Association of the Serb municipalities.
As stated by the representatives of the Serbian List within the course of the first month will be known if coalition partners fulfil their promises, while agreeing conditions on the return of MPs to the Assembly. PMs Aleksandar Vucic and Isa Mustafa agreed in Brussels that working groups will deal with the framework for the Community/Association of Serb municipalities.
Ljubomir Maric, Minister of local government said that at this point everything depends from Pristina: “Establishing the working group for legislation is provision which exist from the beginning. My expectation is that it will be formed soon. The only condition for the beginning of the functioning of the group is the political will of Albanian side.” Maric recalled that there are several versions of the Draft of Statute for Community/Association. As he expect, within the working group will function the Management team.
