Assembly Speaker Kadri Veseli met on Thursday with a delegation headed by former US Congressman Earl Pomeroy, member of the House Democracy Partnership (HDP). Veseli stressed the importance of support provided historically by the United States, in particular the current positive developments and support for the Assembly of Kosovo. “Through this support, we have managed to build and advance our capabilities in many respects, parliamentary research, reform of the legislative process, strengthening oversight mechanisms and increasing transparency,” Veseli said.
