Next week delegations of Belgrade and Pristina will have the last chance to finalize agreements, on technical level, on telecommunications, energy, as well as to start with talks on Community/Association of Serbian municipalities (ZSO). On 23 June, in a dialogue between two premiers, Vucic and Mustafa will be able to sign and therefore seal the final agreements.

According to Vecernje Novosti, on Monday would be discussed telecommunications, Tuesday and Wednesday are set for the talks on the ZSO, and energy on 18 June.

Analyst Dusan Janjic estimates that there is a manoeuvring space for Vucic and Mustafa to overcome the differences.

-They are expected to solve the area phone code for Kosovo, status of the Serbian mobile operator, the Valac substation and forming of the company for energy distribution, behind which would be EPS (Electro Distribution of Serbia), abolition of payment of vehicle insurance on crossings, and whether Serbia has enough judges and prosecutors which would work in the judiciary of Kosovo.

So far in the dialogue, these issues proved to be the hardest.

If it happens that all the topics are closed on 23 June, Belgrade could hope for the opening of chapters earliest in the fall.

Especially on the issue of bridge

On the issue of freedom of movement over the Ibar/Iber River Bridge in Mitrovica, on the Brussels/Berlin lists of requirements, Mayors of northern and southern Mitrovica, Goran Rakic and Agim Bahtiri will discuss in Brussels on 23 June.
