Ischinger: Do not fear special court (Kosova Sot)
Former international envoy for the status of Kosovo, Wolfgang Ischinger said the Kosovo Assembly members should find the courage to push forward the creation of the special court no matter who the possible indictees could be. “This court would bring decisions that would offer justice not injustice”, said Ischinger.

Kosovo’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Skender Hyseni, told Lajmi.net that the recent threats of terrorist acts in Kosovo are being taken seriously by the relevant institutions. According to him, terrorism is a global concern and Kosovo cannot be immune to these threats. He said the handicap facing Kosovo Police in this global war is the lack of exchange of information with the police of other countries, as a result of non-membership of Interpol and other mechanisms.

President Jahjaga received by Queen Elizabeth II (dailies)
Kosovo’s President Atifete Jahjaga was received yesterday by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, with the highest honours in the Royal Court at Buckingham Palace. “Jahjaga considered the meeting with Queen Elizabeth II as a historic meeting, which carries a special significance for Kosovo and which ensures the UK’s support for Kosovo and its people,” noted a press release sent by Jahjaga’s Office.
Belgrade gives €10 million for the Association/Community (Zeri)
The paper on its front page writes that the Government of Serbia has allocated the first package of 10 million euros for the Association/Community of Serb-majority Municipalities that is expected to be established in the northern Kosovo. This amount will be dedicated only to education and health, for a short period of time. According to the paper, millions of euros will be allocated for economic development, infrastructure and other sectors that directly affect the lives of Kosovo Serbs.
Kosovo Police identifies a suspect on the attack in Gorazdevc (Klan Kosova)
Klan Kosova reports that the Kosovo Police (KP) have identified a suspect who allegedly shot the KP officer in Gorazhdevc/Gorazdevac village near Peja/Pec a few days ago. Media have published a photo of Agim Madani, from Tropoja, Albania, who reportedly attacked the police patrol. The suspect is still at large and law enforcement authorities have called on citizens to cooperate with police if they have any information regarding the incident.
