The head of the Serbian List caucus in the Kosovo parliament Slavko Simić said to RTK2 that he expected more MPs to support constitutional amendments that paved the way for creation of the special court for Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) crimes.

Simić said that some MPs might have been exposed to certain pressure to support the amendments. He went on to say that many crimes have been committed during the armed conflict which were not processed and that special court, that should be established as soon as possible, will help in processing such cases and that justice will win in Kosovo.

Simić also voiced expectation that responsible for threatening MPs from the Serbian List will be found. “MPs from the Serbian List have taken those threats very seriously and every MP that was threatened has reported the case to the police,” said Simić.
