Despite the announcement of Marko Djuric, chief of the Office for Kosovo at the Government of Serbia, Kosovo Police has not registered his presence in Mitrovica. Deputy Director of Kosovo Police in the North, Besim Hoti, informed that Djuric is participating in the protest. According to him, reporting of some local media that Djuric entered Kosovo escorted by Serbian Gendarmerie, is only a speculation. “Officially, Marko Djuric is not in Mitrovica. There were information that he was in Gorazhdevc, Mitrovica and some other places, but according to our information, they do not stand,” said Hoti.
