Belgrade requests Pristina to be warned (Vecernje Novosti)

In the course of the continued dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, Belgrade will push for obstructions of Kosovo Albanians with regard to implementation of the so far reached agreements to be on the agenda, particularly when it comes to the creation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (A/CSM), registration of energy companies from northern Kosovo and the Peace Park.

According to papers sources, Belgrade will request from Brussels today to exert pressure on Pristina for adopting a decision referring to the creation of the A/CSM, and to accelerate adoption of a memorandum on demarcation of Mitrovica South and Mitrovica North, what is a precondition for reconstruction of the area around the Ibar bridge on both sides. Serbian side, learned paper, will insist on the following topics: Serbian property in Kosovo, guarantees for participation of Serbs in Pristina’s institutions and airline Belgrade-Pristina.

Reflecting on the draft platform for Chapter 35 in Serbia’s EU accession negotiations, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić said that “this is not the topic of the dialogue” and that he will discuss unacceptable conditions, set to Belgrade in the draft platform, with the EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, Germany and the US, states which have influenced in various ways on the content of the platform.
