Kosovo Assembly’s President, Kadri Veseli accused the opposition for isolating Kosovo, adding that the best proof for this is impossibility of the Austrian President, Heinz Fischer to address the Assembly, despite his expressed will to do so.

“This week we have a special guest at the Assembly of Kosovo, the President of Austria, Heinz Fischer. It was his will, the will of a valued friend of our country, to address with a speech on this occasion the ones elected by the population of Kosovo. Unfortunately, this is not going to happen. The reasons are clear and understandable, the violent and anti-democratic blocking of the works of the Assembly.

Is this the opposition’s alternative for the country?

To isolate Kosovo and leave it without friends in this disturbed world?

Is this our tradition of hospitality when a friend comes at your home to honor you and you cannot honor him?” asked Veseli on his Facebook account.
