Members of the Serbina List voted in favor of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) in the Kosovo parliament on Monday because it guarantees the implementation of the Brussels agreement, said Dalibor Jevtic, Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government.
Five points of the SAA guarantee all that Belgrade and Pristina agreed in Brussels, including formation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities, Jevtic told Tanjug.
He said that the implementation of the SAA should ensure developing of democracy in the Kosovo society, rule of law, respect of minority communities and better conditions for the return of internally displaced persons.
