Two new companies, ‘EPS trgovina’ and ‘Elektrosever’ are expected to become operational in next couple weeks in northern Kosovo and will have direct links with the Serbian Energy Company (SEC).

Companies will be registered in Pristina and they will enable unhindered implementation of SEC business policy, said executive director of SEC Aleksandar Obradovic to TV Most, and added that SEC will provide financial and technical support to new companies, while it also expects from consumers to regularly pay their bills. Creation of companies for distribution of energy in northern Kosovo is provided by the Brussels agreement on energy signed in late August.
