Djuric: Agreement on ZSO is not something Constitutional Court should deal with (Blic)

Kosovo’s Constitutional Court should not declare about any opinion related to the Agreement on the Community / Association of Serbian municipalities (ZSO), since the highest political representatives agreed to it, with the mediation of the EU in Brussels. Pristina just needs to implement this agreement, said Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric.

“We will not, as they expect, sit idle, nervously waiting what their Constitutional court will declare. We’re not interested in that at all. We have harmonized and signed agreement, we have deadlines, then, gentlemen, please implement what was agreed,” said Djuric regarding the statement of Edita Tahiri, Kosovo Minister in charge of the dialogue with Belgrade (she earlier stated that in case the Constitutional Court of Kosovo finds that the Agreement on ZSO is in conflict with the Constitution, then the agreement will again be the subject of dialogue).
