Director of Radio Belgrade and a former reporter from Kosovo Milivoje Mihajlovic says that the protests in Pristina are an attempt to create controlled chaos in order to prevent the formation of the Special Court for war crimes.

Commenting on the protests in Pristina, Milivoje Mihajlovic believes that they are not an alibi for the failure of the Brussels agreement.

“I think that this is an attempt to create controlled chaos, and the primary goal is to prevent the formation of the Special Court for war crimes. The people who organized it consider that they are able to create a big fuss and incidents in the city,” said Mihajlovic.

He adds that this is an alibi for Thaci and people who are in the Government in Pristina.

“It’s already seen scenario when it comes to Pristina,” said Milivoje Mihajlovic.

He adds that the cycle of talks in Brussels, if the Kosovo Constitutional Court decides that the ZSO is not in accordance with the Constitution, can go backwards several steps.

“Pristina from the beginning does not want to carry out what does not suit them, while Belgrade wants a lasting peace,” said Mihajlovic.

He says that the ZSO will be formed this or that way, regardless of the Court’s decision.

“I am sure that the dialogue will be continued, and Europe has invested heavily in it,” said Mihajlovic.
