Postponing the implementation of agreements reached in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina could slow down the process of normalization of relations, says a draft resolution on Kosovo prepared by the European Parliament (EP) Rapporteur on Kosovo Ulrike Lunacek.

The draft resolution, welcomes the progress made this year in reaching agreements within the framework of the process of normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, especially those related to the establishment of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities, energy, the bridge in Mitrovica, telecommunications, insurance and judiciary.

The resolution calls on the five EU member-states that have not recognized Kosovo independence to do that and also calls for visa liberalization for Kosovo.
