The ban on entry to Kosovo for persons residing in Kosovo who have Serbian identity cards has been suspended.

Deputy Kosovo Interior Minister Milan Radojevic also said that the police on all crossings between Kosovo and central Serbia have been informed about this.

The now suspended decree of the authorities in Pristina was on Tuesday “applied selectively” on administrative crossings, Tanjug said. It was not implemented at Jarinje and Brnjak in northern Kosovo, but some citizens with Serbian ID cards who live in Kosovo were turned back from the crossing of Merdare, and unable to enter Kosovo.
