Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic said in an interview for RTK2 that his expectations are that decision on Association / Community of Serb municipalities (A/CSM) will be brought as soon as possible. Stojanović expects that the Constitutional Court of Kosovo will confirm that an agreement on the formation of the A/CSM is in accordance with the Kosovo Constitution. In opposite situation, the Brussels led dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia could be jeopardized. “If one agree to something and then dispute that Agreement, then raises the question what is the point of dialogue. The community must be formed,” he said.

In regards to the political crisis in Kosovo, resulting from the four-month blockade of the opposition seeking to withdraw agreements on A/CSM and demarcation of the border with Montenegro, Stojanovic see a new adaptation of Albanian public to the different presentation of the Serbs. According to him, it is easy to call a society in which govern social crisis to the protests and violence, noting that in such cases usually  the Serbs are jeopardised, and as an example mentioned the March 2004 riots. “Serbs are constantly living in fear that it might happen again,” says Stojanovic.
