President of the New Democratic Party of Kosovo Aleksandar Grujic denied the statement published by TV Klan Kosova, that he will recognize Kosovo’s independence if his party will become part of the Kosovo parliament, which has been published today by some media in Serbian language.
In a statement sent to our office, Aleksandar Grujic claims that he never said something like that, saying that the editors of TV Klan Kosova amended his statement. “I said I would cooperate with the government, but recognition was not discussed. I hope that my recorded statement is still in the TV Klan Kosova, and I will claim my rights through the court.” Grujic expects that Klan Kosova will correct the news that is published, and in case they don’t do it, he will discontinue further cooperation with that TV station.
