The Association of Journalists of Serbia in Kosovo sent an appeal to the Government of Kosovo, because it did not provide translation for Serbian journalists during yesterday’s conference addressed by Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.

The UNS Kosovo stated that during yesterday’s “donor conference on the implementation of strategies to prevent violent extremism and radicalism” in the headquarters of the Government of Kosovo in Pristina, translation was not provided for journalists who had been invited to the event and who were reporting in Serbian language.

Following an appeal by the UNS Kosovo, the Government provided Serbian newsrooms with a translation of the keynote speech  made by the Prime Minister of Kosovo at the conference. The translation was the first ever document issued by the Information Service of the Prime Minister in Serbian.
